Terms and Conditions

Due to vessel delays and port congestion:

• Capacity: We cannot guarantee capacity and are not responsible for demurrage or per diem.
• Release Requirement: Only fully released containers will be scheduled. Prescheduled appointments for unreleased containers will be canceled and rescheduled.
• Fees:
• Congestion/Yard: May apply if container cannot be waited for.
• Pre-Pull & Storage: Charged if units are pulled prior to appointment.
• Detention: $125/hr after 2 free hours.
• Trailer Clean-Out: $300 if container not cleaned.
• Attempt: $125 if container cannot be pulled, or if receiver refuses delivery.

• Chassis: We are not responsible for MSC chassis charges.
• Rates: Last-minute shipments may impact pricing.
